MemoMind SDK: what we managed to build today (without waiting for any whitelist). Part 1: Flutter, BLE, and reverse engineering 🚀

The whitelisted plugin path is still closed, but MemoMind's fully documented BLE protocol isn't. We implemented it in pure Dart in a day and verified it against all 56 reference packets.

We built a Flutter app implementing MemoMind's public BLE protocol from the specs alone, with 82 passing tests. No whitelist needed. Hardware testing comes in Part 2.
